Day 2
Breakfast at the hotel Today, you will visit the local market known as the "Pola" in local terms, where you will buy a range of fresh veggies and fruit, meat items, and all spices required to make your gourmet food!
Return to the hotel and after a short break and freshening up proceed to the kitchen to start out on your culinary conquest of Sri Lankan food!
In the evening you can enjoy a demonstration by the chefs of Club Villas on the vast and varied ingredients that form the Sri Lankan kitchen.

Day 3
After breakfast, the group will divide into 2 different batches and each batch will have one mentor who will guide you through your paces, in the art of Sri Lankan cookery...
Spend the day sampling your cookery efforts in between learning the clever art of Sri Lankan cuisine.
